For a long time, I kept everything in my head
Frameworks. Playbooks. Hard lessons.
Things I learned the slow way — building startups, breaking them, fixing them, and starting again.
People kept DM’ing me:
“How do you think about this?”
“Can you share your process?”
“Do you have a resource for this?”
Most of the time, my answer was… a long voice note.
At some point, I realized something:
If the knowledge only exists in my head, it helps no one at scale.
So I finally did what I’d been postponing for months.
*I’m launching my personal website.*
Not as a portfolio.
Not as a vanity page.
But as a *living knowledge base*.
Here’s what it will include:
* 📚 *Free resources* — frameworks, checklists, mental models I actually use
* ✍️ *Blogs* — honest writing on startups, systems, growth, mistakes, and trade-offs
* 🤝 *Consultancy* — for founders and teams who want clarity, not buzzwords
This isn’t about selling you motivation.
It’s about saving you time.
If something took me 3 years to understand,
and I can compress it into a 10-minute read —
that feels worth putting out into the world.
I’m building this slowly, intentionally, and in public.
If you’re building, stuck, scaling, or just thinking deeply about how things actually work —
you’ll probably find something useful there.
